My name is Pilar Rivera, I am a certified cosmetologist and do variety of things in this business field. I am a Haircolorist, Lash tech, Makeup Artist, Hair stylist, apprentice in PMU. I completed many hours in variety of training and hope to share every bit with you all! Mi nombre es Pilar Rivera, me gradué de Empire Beauty School, recibí mis 1500 horas de cosmetología, 38 horas de pestañas y terminando mi 200 horas para maquillaje permanente!
CANCELLATION POLICY
For Cancellation Fees, I charge 100% for any cancellations without a 48 hour notice. Within the 48 hours I will charge 30% of the cancellation. For No call no shows I will charge the full service.
